WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. We have several across the states to provide the fastest shipping we can to each region!
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
The shipping carrier depends on the item being shipped and the shipping location, but we usually partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Most orders process within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Please keep in mind that shipping can take longer during the holidays and in severe weather conditions.
CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order (cancel, edit products, edit shipping address, etc.), please send us an email at myvanitymirror.co@gmail.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help.
We can't always guarantee the edit, because our orders do ship quickly, but we'll do our best!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Once tracking numbers are created, it can take up to 24 hours for movement to be reflected. If you're having trouble locating your tracking number, please send us an email at myvanitymirror.co@gmail.com and we'll gladly help!

DO YOU SHIP TO APO, FPO, OR P.O. BOXES?
We are not currently able to ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes! Taxes are added to each order in accordance with your local regulation.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees will vary depending on location.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We do offer free returns on U.S. orders within 30-days of delivery. To begin a return, please send us an email with your order number and reason for returning to myvanitymirror.co@gmail.com.
We do not accept returns on international orders, and we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY RETURN & REFUND?
Returns can take up to 10 business days to process, and then once processed, your refund can take another 2-7 business days. We do our best to process returns and refunds quickly!
DO YOU OFFER A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we understand and will gladly help you return. To begin a return, please send us an email with your order number and reason for returning to myvanitymirror.co@gmail.com.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?
All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD?
We are unfortunately not able to make changes to payments once an order has been placed.
1. 1 YEAR WARRANTY
At My Vanity Mirror, we stand behind the quality of our products. When you purchase our DIY Mirror LED lights and mirrors, you are eligible for our exclusive 1-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”).
This Warranty not only provides you with specific legal protections but also complements your rights, which may vary from state to state. Please note that during the initial 30 days, our 30-day money-back guarantee takes precedence over the warranty. The Limited Warranty applies to one product of your choice, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.
2. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty applies to DIY Mirror LED lights and mirrors exclusively manufactured by My Vanity Mirror and purchased directly from My Vanity Mirror.
3. WHO THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS TO?
This Limited Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of any DIY Mirror LED lights or mirrors, provided they have acquired the 1-year warranty. All My Vanity Mirror warranties, including any implied warranties, remain valid solely for the duration of time that the Product is owned by the original purchaser.
For the purpose of this Warranty, the 'original purchaser' is defined as the first individual to purchase the Product directly from My Vanity Mirror. It is essential to keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that all My Vanity Mirror limited warranties are non-transferable.
4. MY VANITY MIRROR'S LIMITED WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
My Vanity Mirror guarantees the Product, in its original packaging and sold to you, against the defects in material and workmanship as outlined below ("Defects") for a duration of 1 year from the date of your Product's purchase. This warranty is applicable when the Product is used under normal conditions for its intended purposes.
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To avail yourself of the benefits of this Limited Warranty in the event of a Defect, you are required to return your Product to My Vanity Mirror and provide proof of the original date of purchase.
If shipping costs are necessary for the return of your Product, you will not be held responsible for those costs. Any evidence of a Defect and related claims should be sent to the address specified at the conclusion of this Limited Warranty.
Upon confirmation of a Defect, My Vanity Mirror will dispatch a replacement Product (if applicable) to you. The replaced Product is subject to the same limited Warranty terms as the original Product. For instance, if you receive replacement DIY Mirror LED lights or mirrors of the same style and price as the original ones, the warranty term for the replaced items starts from the date of purchase of the original items.All claims, accompanied by relevant photos, should be emailed to myvanitymirror.co@gmail.com.
